We require you to bring your valid state drivers licenses and active insurance card for verification as well as a valid credit card for payment.
Due to regulations and fees at the airport, we cannot provide shuttle service to and from the airport, but we are a very short Uber or taxi ride away!
At the time of your reservation, a $200 deposit will be charged to your credit card to ensure your reservation. If cancelled more than 14 days before your intended arrival there is a $50 cancellation fee and we will refund $150. If cancelled 14-4 days before your arrival, there is a $100 cancellation fee and we will refund $100. If cancelled 3 days or less before your arrival you forfeit your deposit.

There is a maximum of 2 additional drivers allowed on each contract at $10 per driver and they must be covered under a personal insurance policy that covers rentals and at least 25 years of age.
Mileage is not unlimited. Our daily rates include 200 miles per day, our weekly rates include 1300 miles per week, and our monthly rates include 3000 miles per month. Additional mileage is charged at $0.35 per mile.
We are open from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday. If you need to drop off a van outside of our normal business hours, we have a dropbox where you can leave the keys.
Yes, if keys or other van accessories are lost, there will be a charge of the full retail price to replace the items.

Warner Van Rental does not offer insurance as your personal coverage is the primary insurance for any incidents. Renters will need to verify their coverage with their insurance agent.
No alterations are approved for any of the vans. If you need seats removed prior to your departure, we are happy to assist for an additional fee. If alterations to camper vans are performed, there is a $500 alteration fee that will be charged to the card on file upon check in.
You are able to extend the reservation if the dates are available at the normal rental rate. If there is a prior reservation, the van must be returned at the time your agreement states or your will be charged three times the daily rate.
Your safety is our number one priority. Please first call 911 or the local authorities for assistance and to file a police report. Then call your rental agent to report the accident so that we may provide you with assistance. If able, take a picture of the other parties drivers license and insurance card.
We do offer discounted rates depending on the quantity of rental vehicles needed and/or the amount of
time the vehicle(s) will be rented. We also offer rebates depending on the volume of rentals that are
